A visit to Gamla stan (old town) is a must as everybody knows but to explore the old parts of Södermalm is almost equally exciting. You will find great old houses with interesting stories almost everywhere if you stop and look around a little. Here is a cute little backyard hiding behind an old door at Mariaberget.
