Stockholm during winter is beautiful when the snow is fresh. The cold can be quite severe but it usually does not stop people from enjoying their beloved fika break. Having a fika and a chatt, or a quiet moment with your phone and facebook is Swedish peoples favorite time of day.
Just make sure you have gloves that you can use with your phone if you decide to sit outside in winter!
