If you notice a lot of kids out on the streets in Stockholm this week it because this week is the sports week holidays in Stockholm. Many have gone off to the northen mountains for skiing but not everybody has parents who can afford that and have to stay in the city and find something to do. Kungsträdgården in Stockholm city center is full of activities for kids and parents still in town and free from ordinary school work.
Fortunately the weather is great and the possibilities for skiing and the small slopes in Stockholm is pretty favorable too.
