Welcome to a day that offers meditation and silence and simple body movements.
We often tend to look for satisfaction and happiness outside ourselves.
During this day we stop and are present in the moment. We explore if what we seek is already available here and now.
Come at the times that suit you. Introduction given at 11 and 13.
The retreat days are led by Stefan Holmberg, who for several years has led lectures and courses in this area.
