Prices for public transport tickets in Stockholm
SL Stockholm now has new tickets aimed to make it easier for tourists using public transport. You can pay with your credit card (easiest) or through the SL app on your mobile phone.
Current price is 39 SEK for unlimited 75 minutes of travel within Stockholm greater area. Reduced price for retired, students or people under 18 years is 26 SEK.
If you plan to do many trips it might be better to get a 24 hour or 72 hour ticket. These are 115 SEK or 230 SEK.
TIPS: If you register your credit card at the SL webpage you can keep track of your time left on your ticket.
