Morning training of Qi Gong every Tuesday and Thursday morning until 14/8 09.00-10.00 at the far end of the Royal Garden, Karl XII Square, on the lawn outside the Teahouse.
Instructors from the Association Green Dragon guides you through a basic program for body and soul in Medical Qi Gong according to Biyun. During relaxation and concentration, we use simple movements working through the whole body.
